I want to change my order
Once an order has been completed, no changes can be made to the contents of the order. Please understand this in advance.
I want to cancel my order.
As a general rule, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons attributable to the customer.
I want to change my shipping address.
Please contact us with your correct address using the Contact Us Form. Please note that we will not be able to accept changes if the product has already been shipped, or even if it has not been shipped, depending on the timing.
I did not get the order confirmation email.
Possible causes include
- If you are using a mobile carrier email address and have not set up to receive @codemeee.store domains
- If you are using a PC e-mail and the order confirmation e-mail is in your spam folder
- If there is an error in the e-mail address registered at the time of your order
The map displayed on the order completion screen is different from the shipping address.
The map may shift slightly, but this is not a problem if the "Shipping Address" you registered is correct.
I need a receipt.
