Policy on Refunds Due to Customer Circumstances

We do not accept any cancellations or changes to your order due to customer circumstances after the order has been completed. Please check the product specifications carefully before placing your order.

About Automatic Cancellation

If you select "Convenience Store Payment" or "Bank Transfer" as your payment method, your order will be automatically cancelled if the payment deadline passes.
※ The payment deadline for "Convenience Store Payment" is within 3 days after your order, and for "Bank Transfer" is within 20 days after your order, so please be aware.

Cancellation Due to Incorrect Address

If there is an error in the delivery address, we are unable to deliver the product and will guide you to change your address. If we cannot get in touch with you and the change deadline passes, we may cancel your order.
※ If the product is returned to the sender due to an incorrect address even after a redelivery attempt, we may cancel the order.
※ If your payment method is convenience store payment or bank transfer, you will need to provide us with a bank account at the time of cancellation. If you do not contact us even after the refund deadline, we cannot respond to refunds after the due date. Please understand.

Refunds Due to Cancellation

The refund will be the amount paid minus the following refund handling fee and the shipping fee for the product.

Credit Card, Apple Pay, Google Pay

The refund handling fee is 3.3% of the purchase amount (for JCB, it is 4.1%). There is no need for the customer to contact us in case of automatic cancellation.
※ Credit card is limited to American Express / MasterCard / VISA / JCB.

Amazon Pay

The refund handling fee is 5.5% of the purchase amount. There is no need for the customer to contact us in case of automatic cancellation.

Convenience Store Payment, Bank Transfer

The refund handling fee will be a total of 3.75% of the purchase amount and 600 yen. Also, the refund will be made to your bank account, so we will guide you at the time of cancellation. Please check.

PayPay

The refund handling fee is 2.99% of the purchase amount. There is no need for the customer to contact us in case of automatic cancellation. Also, the refund will be made to your bank account, so we will guide you at the time of cancellation. Please check.

Paidy

The refund handling fee is 3.5% of the purchase amount. There is no need for the customer to contact us in case of automatic cancellation. Also, the refund will be made to your bank account, so we will guide you at the time of cancellation. Please check.

If There is a Problem with the Delivered Product

If there is any damage to the product, or if the wrong product has been delivered, please contact us via the inquiry form within 14 days after the product has arrived. We will confirm the details and promptly exchange it for a good product.
